Warranty & Claims
Ezysmart Limited Warranty
1. Warranty Period
This Limited Warranty covers your device for 18 months from the warranty start date printed on your warranty card (software and specified hardware components only).
2. What’s Covered
During this 18-month period, Ezysmart Care will repair or replace, at its discretion, free of charge, the following handset parts if found defective in materials or workmanship:
- Microphone (Mic)
- Ringer
- Speaker (earpiece and loudspeaker)
- SIM-card tray
- Memory-card tray
- Headphone jack
- Main-board components (ICs and printed-circuit strips)
- TV, FM, and projector modules
- Any other original accessories supplied in the box
3. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by:
- Dead or non-responsive handset
- Short circuit, fire, or liquid ingress
- Physical impacts or crushing
- Unauthorized service or repairs (i.e., any work done outside Ezysmart Care authorized centers)
- Alteration, modification, or use with non-Ezysmart accessories
- Scratched, removed, or unreadable IMEI
4. How to Claim Warranty
To make a warranty claim, you must bring:
- Your original purchase receipt
- Your valid Ezysmart warranty card
- The handset in its original packaging
Claims must be made at any Ezysmart Care Authorized Service Center.
5. Service Conditions & Timing
- Inspection: Wintel Care reserves the right to open and inspect your handset before acceptance.
- Turnaround: You must collect your device within 5-7 working days of drop-off. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
- Delays & Charges: Repair times may vary; any additional charges (if out-of-warranty or beyond covered parts) will be communicated before work begins.
- Data Loss: Ezysmart Care is not responsible for data loss. Back up your data before service.
6. Replacement Components
If a covered defect is confirmed, Ezysmart Care may replace the battery, casing, or other allied components with new or refurbished parts of equivalent functionality.
7. Legal Rights & Limitations
- This warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wintel and its affiliates shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from inability to use the handset.
